The ever evolving protest

Ferguson officer placed on unpaid leave after calling Michael Brown memorial 'a pile of trash'

What if a memorial were to be erected at the exact spot every person tragically lost their life.  How long would it take before hospitals would have to build new buildings for the living while maintaining memorials to the deceased.
(Oh what no can admit hospitals kill people because of incompetent medical staff?)
Around here if a person dies a tragic death and a memorial is made to remember a deceased loved one.  Most people place items along side of a roadway.  Over the weekend I saw a white bike with flowers chained to a traffic signal at an intersection.  In Hemet there is a bike chain gear with a picture hung on a traffic signal control box.  Along side the Hwy 74 there is memorial where several families died in a car accident.  If the city of Ferguson wants to maintain a memorial in the middle of a roadway they can do that. If there is a future accident because of that memorial this would make the city legally liable.  The city of Ferguson will probably have to consider closing the street to car traffic.  Make it an official memorial on the exact spot a memorial for the black teenager fatally shot by a white officer and create a tradition.  It seems as if there is no end in site to this evolving tragedy.  If there is going to be a memorial to remember the life of Michael Brown the entire day should be remembered.  On Aug 9th every year protesters can gather at the liquor store grab a box of cigarillos, and push around the store clerk.  They can parade down the middle of street.  Around 9:00P.M.  they can start fires and break windows.
