California: Food Vendor meat
Animal control officers are using microchip scanners to test meat sold by food vendors and restaurants throughout Riverside County. Animal control officers working a booth at a street fair to make it easier for residents to microchip their pets. When one of their scanners beep when swiped across a plate of food. The horrified crowd began projectile vomiting and running in circle slipping and falling in the slippery mess. It is suspected lost or stolen pets, and road kill have ended up in ground meat to cut costs.
