TEMECULA: Creepy man and little girl casing houses pretending to sell Girl Scout cookies
The girl, whose father witnessed the incident, was going from house to house when she knocked on John M. Dodrill’s door. Dodrill, 59, opened the door and pointed a gun at the girl, officials said.
