The reason Christine Blasey Ford ONLY wants the FBI to investigate her case?
Because they are the only agency within the DOJ that has the:
"I imagined he was going to rape and kill me so I ran away until Mitt Romney mentioned him as a potential Supreme Court candidate in 2012" Federal Offense Form. Which will be handled by the Imaginary Crime Division. That specializes in people who scare themselves.

I know it's hard to believe but the FBI has the actual form to pursue such an investigation.  They question stuffed animals while having their finger nails painted by the victim. Afterward they drink pretend tea under a tulle canopy.  It's a lovely undertaking.
