My tragic story:
I can't accept the fact I was hired for a job. I admit he paid me. I was proud of that fact. I'm pretty, see, look at me.
The guy sitting there and waiting...is not able to convince me to let go of my fantastical delusion. I'm supposed to be first lady. If Hillary won...oh don't say that...I can't think negative thoughts. I'm important because he won. My need to keep believing has me blinded. I fit perfectly into one side of an argument that is equally deluded can you see how we each support the facade.
What I can't say publically: can you believe that white boy won't leave his immigrant wife for me, an all American white girl?

Here's what i think happened.
Aretha Franklin’s funeral is an invitation-only event; however, the church is allowing the first 1,000 people lined up who are appropriately dressed in for the service.
She walked past security wearing an appropriate gown. Her agent told her she wouldn't be getting paid because it was a memorial. On her way to the stage she found a Hefty waste can liner filled with the beverage container recycling. She hurriedly stashed her gown. Put on and wore the Hefty bag with the recyclables. The Pastor grabbed a flattened plastic water bottle that suspiciously crinkled and crackled. While being told in his ear piece; that singer stole a bag of the pot luck fund recyclables. She molested a donut on her way out of town.

Aretha Franklin memorial
Smokey Robinson and Chaka Khan's tributes were genuine heartfelt moments on television, would be great to see more.
Smokey Robinson remembering his long friend and a time when children could play outside. Chaka Khan singing glory and praise to Jesus Christ Our Lord and Saviour.
It is important to mention Bishop Charles H. Ellis III was the only person she embraced of the line of men perched across the stage. She also came back for an encore and embraced the choir director who beautifully accommodated her free form return from back stage. Showing the fine tuning of the Aretha Franklin Celebration Choir. I also have to mention the awesome beaded gown worn by Pastor Shirley Caesar.
