Some schools in Hemet have 98% of the students on the free lunch program. 2% of the students don't qualify. A Democrat tried telling me I was ignorant about poverty in America. Saying it has always been like this. Proverty has always been like this...always? No it hasn't.
I think the 2% were most likely low income as well but the parents were married.
