I read this story and was charmed by the dog 'Bo'. Imagining him with the box of cornbread muffin mix in his mouth. The woman doing karate moves reminded me of a woman who lived up the street from me in Hemet. The naked son made me think of the Bible verse about clothing the naked.
The news story itself is silly. However I would like to clarify a few things. The Bible just says 'naked. It doesn't explain how a person became naked, or how long they've been naked. My other concern is whether or not their is genuine concern for the wellbeing of this family.

I saw Elvis at the gas station in Hemet this week. A panhandler approached him. He was confused when the guy asked him for spare change, but not his signature. I over heard him talking to one of the customer's (who didn't recognize him) about the unbelievable price for a gallon of gas. The man explained it's supposed to fix all the potholes. Elvis asked "How if people have to walk because they can't afford gasoline, will that fix the roads?"

Why isn't there an understanding of mental and physical ability for people to be treated with dignity. Instead the media ignores what is obvious and creates an after the fact narrative. GATHERING THE NEWS THE HARD WAY: While out looking for something of news interest in connection with a rumor that there had been an outbreak of prisoners at the Ft. Madison penitentiary, according to a story which appeared in the Burlington Evening Gazette , B. D. Glaha, editor of the Ft. Madison Democrat, was held up at the outskirts of that city by a stranger and forced to take the latter into his car and drive him to Burlington. On the way the stranger "frisked" Glaha of $18 at the point of an automatic and when they arrived in Burlington, he ordered the newspaper man to slow down at the corner of Polk and Main Street where he jumped from the car and headed up the hill toward the river east of Main Street. Glaha was considerably unnerved by the strain he had been under during the 19 mile drive, but he quickly notified the Burlington police of his experience and a hunt for the bold bandit is now on.
