SportsNet New York - Everyone Pays

Regional sports network, SportsNet New York (SNY), continues to threaten to remove its programming on Sunday March 31st at midnight eastern time unless Frontier agrees to demands that will directly impact the bills of our customers. SportsNet New York is trying to force everyone to accept and pay for their sports programming, even if you’re one of the many customers who never watch. In order to get the biggest audience possible, SNY wants to require Frontier to include their expensive regional sports network in our most popular packages. This forces everyone, both sports fans and non-sports fans alike, to pay for their networks and everyone’s rate goes up. We are fighting to keep costs down and are working hard to negotiate a fair price, flexible package placement and control costs for you. We will continue our attempts to negotiate to keep SportsNet New York programming on our lineup.
