The initial call was 9AM, they were still investigating at 5:30 PM. A different article said it appeared the body had been there a few days. It always shocking when a person dies on that road way. What stuck me as odd how was today at 9AM the first time a car saw her. If she was there a few days. Perhaps she was put there this morning. It's sad and troubling.
