Gavin Newsom is going to tax water it's a done deal.

The water tax has a two fold purpose.

1. Pay to clean up super fund sites created by Silicon Valley elites.
2. Develop the Coachella Valley communities the elites are creating to move people they don't to live near, but want to be able to profit from their lives of circumstance.
