Salvaging his reputation The PayPal dude calls it macaroni

He claims he was trying to help. He took a bunch of spare parts and repurposed them.  Called it a rescue sub.  Now he can claim it was a charitable cause and it becomes a write off.  He also called someone a pedofile.  If he believes that to be true he could continue in his effort to protect children (a worthy cause) from pedofiles.

As for me I don't trust PayPal dude.
