Third World Chef

I wonder if we will ever see a show that highlights cooking in 3rd World Countries.  There are reality shows for all sorts of things.  I think that people that have to make due with what is given to them in bulk, have to come up with ingenious ways to feed their families.  It will get Americans used to the idea of being a 3rd world nation so the inevitable transition will be less complicated.
