Someone claims they took in a bone saw???

Saudi Arabia is in the business of lobbing off limbs on a regular basis. In a full down swing chopping motion. I doubt they need a bone saw. I would figure they'd separate the body at the joints and tendons. Bone saw sounds menacing...not that separating joints sounds warm and welcoming.  It's just not making much sense when you think of Saudi Arabia's justice system. I don't think anyone imagines sawing, it's more like a chop.
