Target bullseyes? Bullcrap more like it.

I wont be shopping at Target in Hemet anymore.  They allow panhandlers to harasss customers in their parking lot.  The business approach seems to be if the panhandlers can shake down enough little old ladies, they will come in and purchase merchandise rather than shoplift.  I watched a panhandler curl up and hug his knees while itching and scratching his shoulders forearms and elbows.  In deseperate need of drug rehab or a fix .  Target has created an attractive nuisance in their parking lot making that parking lot dangerous territory.
