I voted and got an update on the California mindset

My mundane trip to the polling place took a turn for the Third World when the poll worker took my ballot out of the sleeve and looked at it, for some strange reason.  Her simple minded appearance made her look harmless.  It falls into the same category as not being able to reprimand criminals because they are somewhat wetawded.
