Just what the neighborhood needed

My neighborhood has another house for registered sex offenders.  I don't know how many more homeowners are going to choose to set up a rental house for government funded housing for registered sex offenders.  The gateway into Hemet is lined with pot dispensaries, and sex offender housing.  Is there a saturation point.  If I show the slightest bit of concern do I get labelled as paranoid.  How does a person feel like part of a community when there is zero connection to people.  I imagine think tanks have studied in depth and detail how to create a community where none exists.  They like to think the thoughts of other people and create scenarios for publication and prestige, designing a socially engineered perfect world, where they are gods.  So where are all the great thinkers and high IQ's to think through the thoughts and actions of the plebs.
