chunky yarn mill ends made in Turkey

I like the colors in this yarn, it has a sparkly thread blended throughout. It not really yarn it's more like strips of fleece fabric. The package lists acrylic, polyester, nylon, wool. It's itchy. The way it is woven it's not stretchy. The cowl I made it into is stiff, which in a way is good. I suppose the itchy sensation could be useful if I'm needing a reminder have how blessed my life as been. During those times self pity seems like the only option.
