Customer Service Satisfaction Survey (terror)

I am being haunted by a glitch in a customer service satisfaction survey.  Are companies required to provide the margin of error in survey results being used to evaluate their employees?  A machine is asking questions a person is answering.  How are the results tracked.  I know something went wrong with a survey.  I am being called a liar.  I can't defend myself against a machine.  A machine that no one can question.  A machine that is above question.  It is being assumed because I am the first to complain, I am the only complainer.  I am bothered by the fact that I know something went wrong and the people accusing me have no way of verifying the survey.  The people accusing me have no interest in trying to understand the situation.  In my view this is a huge problem not just because it is currently effecting me.  I'm concerned there is no standard of quality control being used to monitor machines monitoring humans.

How I wish I never have to go inside a DMV.  It's not any specific reason why it's an overall realization.  It is like entering hostile territory.  The employees know that if it wasn't for all the people coming in for services they would have wonderful jobs. I've been forced to endure three separate visits within a short span of time. The last visit was too much.  Under what authority the security guard operates has me perplexed. The guy shows up a little after 5:00 to lock the door. They are automatic. He uses a piece of wood cut to size to block the slider. The door opened because someone moved and set off the sensor. He said aloud "fuck" and looked right at me. Like it was my fault. When he got to next door he asked the men standing near to step away from the sensor. Whatever that was about I don't know. Security guards that have no self control. No sense of what is going on around them when doing repetitive tasks. Are in my opinion useless. If they have a weapon they are scary.

What is going on with the DMV something is amiss.

I contacted the Secret Service after this telephone conversation.  I explained my situation to the agent and didn't even bring up the abuse or claim of high level access.  The agent told me I most definitely had a case against the company and suggested I hire an attorney.  I don't have money to hire an attorney and go up against this powerful company.   I can only watch as this soulless entity becomes more powerful.  I don't know what else to do.  

He scares me because he has interjected himself opportunistically into politics.

It had been more than a day since Francisco Merlos had spoken to his girlfriend when he went by her mother's house Saturday to check on her. The couple had a split two days before, and Merlos was hoping to patch things up.

Merlos said Geneva Gomez, 33, had come by his apartment Thursday at the behest of her mother, Juanita Gomez, and gathered her things. Merlos said Juanita Gomez had accused him of theft, a charge he denies, and wanted her daughter to leave him.

When he knocked on her door Saturday, Juanita Gomez grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him inside, Merlos said.

"I hugged her and said I was sorry for what happened on Thursday," Merlos said.

In a Monday court filing, Oklahoma City police said Juanita Gomez killed her daughter Saturday in their home at 1529 N McKinley by trying to force a crucifix down her throat, believing her daughter was possessed by the devil. She later positioned her daughter in a cross pose and laid a crucifix on her chest.“I was like ‘where's my girl,' and she said ‘she's in the room.' Usually, my girl is real happy. She'd say “I'll be right out, baby,' or something like that. But, it was just the TV going on, there was no sound or anything," Merlos said. "And then I looked, and she was laying on her back with the cross on her chest, and you couldn't even recognize her face.”

Merlos, frantic, tried to leave the home as Juanita Gomez rambled incoherently about "money" and "the devil." She tried to lock Merlos in the house, he said, and then offered him a ride home.

"I just push her to the side, open the door, and she tries to get me in a chokehold," he said.

Merlos escaped the home and called 911. A friend waiting outside suggested he try to administer CPR to Geneva Gomez.

“I went in there, and I was like I can't, I can't do it. I don't know what to do," Merlos said, pausing to collect himself as he sat as his kitchen table, a look of disbelief on his face. "I walked out the door and that's when the fire trucks came.”

“Today we were going to go to the courthouse and get married," he said before lowering his head and quietly crying.

Juanita Gomez waived her Miranda Rights when approached at the home by officers, telling them she first began believing Geneva Gomez was possessed by the devil a day prior. Officers said Juanita Gomez had bruising and swelling around the knuckles on both of her hands and arms.

"Juanita stated she punched her daughter repeatedly and forced a crucifix and religious medallion down her throat until blood came out of her daughter's mouth," according to court documents filed Monday. "Juanita saw her daughter die and then placed the body in the shape of a cross."

After placing the body in a cross position, the filing states, Juanita Gomez then cleaned her daughter's body.

Juanita Gomez, 49, was booked on a homicide complaint at the Oklahoma County jail, where she remained held without bail Monday afternoon.

Merlos and others who know the family said the nature of the crime is even more shocking, considering Juanita and Geneva Gomez had a tight bond. They worked together as massage therapists, and were described as being as close as sisters.

“They do their nails, they do their hair, everything (together)," Merlos said.

Jabee Williams, a local rap musician, said he would often see them together at his shows, and the two spent a lot of time together. But when he ran into Juanita Gomez at a store a few weeks ago, her behavior was different.

"I kind of felt like she wasn't herself," he said.

At her arraignment Monday, Juanita Gomez seemed unfazed while speaking to the judge, making religious remarks and asking about the lack of toilet paper in her jail cell.

Christian radio

Today while switching radio stations l happened upon a Christian station. They were talking about how God was providing manna and eventually asked the men to be circumcised. The radio host was making a point but the part that caught my attention was when he said circumcision another radio station bled over and a sound effect car horn honked.  At first I was thinking it was part of the show.  As he continued with his preaching other well timed sound effects continued.  I was a bit surprised and confused thinking this guy is totally into preaching. He wasn't mocking scripture in anyway but the perfect timing of the sound effects were comical.  I turned a corner and the bleed over played up to five seconds of the other station. It's when I realized what was happening.  Like a sermon with a laugh track

Frontier and the DMV

Frontier sent me a bill saying I owe $320.00. Last month my bill was $98.00.  I called and was told "Sorry your name doesn't show up on the account.  I can't give you any information".  I said "My name shows up on the payment so I won't be able to pay you". But wait he said " If you give me your date of birth and social security number I can add your name to the account".  "You can match my voice to my name address date of birth and social security number"?  I asked and added "That is simply amazing they give you that much authority and all you need is all of my personal identity info".

The DMV is holding an I.D card hostage.  The ransom note said.  "We have taken your paid in full I.D. card to an undisclosed location.  We are employees of the State of California.  We are incompetent and we can do whatever we want because we don't have to answer to anyone.  We have scheduled you another appointment with us to resolve this matter.  We will take another picture.  The picture will be sent before a board to determine if your face conforms to the new strict standards of what is an appropriate face in California.  Your face may be rejected.  Don't contact us for 60 days.  After 60 days you will need to contact us by phone and make an appointment for us to call you back. If you get hung up on, call back and reschedule a call back appointment.  If your face didn't meet California Standards you will be given another appointment to get a new picture taken.  If your I.D. card expires before your face is approved you will have to start the process over and pay your renewal fees.  The first three pictures are free. You will be charged a sitting fee after the 3rd rejection.  We have extreme mood swings and will be flipping the emotional coin to determine if you can have this issue resolved or not.  You are at our mercy.  You will be subjected to a long wait in hard plastic chairs. We overbook appointments during peak hours because of our backward thinking and ignorance.  You will wait in line with walk in customers.  In the confined quarters there may be contagious disease, screaming children, rude employees.  Overflow parking is a block away.

Homelessness the lie

The increasing number of street people in Hemet tells me there are plenty of resources being made available.  The city of Hemet utilizes federal grants.  (follow the money)

Local citizens who feel compassionate happen to be part of the problem.  When will the city write an ordinance stopping the follow of cash.  People who give money to panhandlers should be cited and fined heavily.  The money collected in fines should go toward hiring and paying the salary for more law enforcement.

Most of the supposed homeless persons in Hemet have actual houses they can go to.  Some guys have gotten women pregnant.  They aren't married so the single mother can get welfare benefits. This prevents the guy from being willing to work at a job because his wages will be garnished.  Also prevents him from getting a bank account.  Others have families (parents, siblings, etc).

The issue of mental illness, or drug addiction contributing to homelessness.
The truth however is the majority of people who are claiming homelessness ARE NOT in fact homeless.  Living and working in area over a length of time you see familiar faces.  I've interacted with various people in different places and seeing how they utilize a variety of manipulative tactics. Is honesty an old fashioned concept?

Others don't want to follow rules of the housing available to them.  Some want to mingle and hang out and go home to gated communities.  Others have jobs and vehicles, they feel like king or queen amidst the artsy vibe of the street culture.  Not sure where to insert the topic of the caregiver scam, That is a major problem as well, in the leaky boat of government boondoggles.

It's not too surprising journalists are unable to see this.
It doesn't fit into the current social engineering point of view.
In other words it would never get past the editor.

A play area for children.  Swings and things to climb on.  What is the park missing?  Children and families.  No one would dare take their children to this park.  No one would dare have a picnic in this park.  Why?  It has been over run with street people.  They fist fight and fix their bicycles.  Flop around with shopping carts full of their belongs.

The same street people who want citizens to take sympathy on them.  Put out an ominous vibe.

Why is responsibility one sided?  Why does charity look like Weston Park?  I know one thing is for sure. Not one of these street people would be in Hemet if the charity they receive wasn't so free flowing.  Why do the recipients look and act this way?
