A new tradition The Street Person Minute:

Distraught young woman seeking attention.  This seems to have become a new custom in Hemet. Many of the regular run of the mill drug users in Hemet try hard to maintain a persona of just an average Joe.  Going about their daily business shop(lift)ing.  Like no one is supposed to notice they never buy anything.  They even say please and thank you.  Pull out all their best manners.

At the end of the video the cameraman gets comments from a street person.  This guy has for many years hung out in parking lots offering to wash car windows for money.  Since homelessness and panhandlers have become the darlings of the American public.  Which is made obvious by how many people give indiscriminately to increasing numbers of panhandlers.  I think the news channels should have a regular input from them on their stations.  Find out what they think about things. A Random Street person minute.  Maybe it will become a new tradition.  Since his summary of what happened is the most accurate.
