voting results and the world

Marcon  President of France looking down the road and seeing the USA as a threat.  His tweet sent close to mid term election makes me wonder if he is thinking of if the United States continues to embrace liberal talking politicians. Oh well the USA doesn't want to talk about it, but can't stop the French from considering their own history while planning for the future.
