Men-s-tru-a-tion: blood clots and heavy flow

When Bruce became Caitlyn, she declared "I'm the new normal".  Nothing new about pretending people do it all the time.  Making a female, or feminine presentation, okay new? normal? hmmm men dressing up like women new?  Nothing new with any of that.  A man wanting to menstruate that is a new concept.  I wonder if science is researching ways to make that happen.  Or is that just one of those inconveniences that can be done away with.
