The cab driver said when I would slam on the brakes in the ice cream truck the frozen treats would settle back in to place. Cab companies should only transport humans when they are frozen solid, no at room temperature.
I have been encountering lots of drivers crossing into lanes, drunk? texting? worn out vehicles? or from poorly maintained roads? I don't know what the reason maybe it's all things combining. Here in Riverside County the pot holes are trenches.
