Next year there will be an increase in plastic trash can liner usage to replace the single use biodegradable grocery bag. Most people say they use a biodegradable plastic grocery bag to line a trash can.
Plastic can liners will be banned, since they will be the same nuisance as the biodegradable grocery bag. The water use restriction will have fully kicked in and you won't be able to rinse your trash can out with the hose. Can someone explain why We the People need Government micromanagement?
