California Government is full of idiots

California is paying pensions to people who think we should all ride bicycles. Jerry Brown passes a gas tax to pay for road maintenance because they spent the money to educate children on how to rebel against everything.  (the hwy 111 next to Salton Sea has gotten lots of money to make it smooth and pot hole free)  

I'm waiting for Jerry Brown to pass a law making it illegal to use a lock of any sort. It isn't fair for a criminal to have to carry a tool kit to break into your house or car.  A criminal is just a hungry person trying to feed their family.  Part of the law will be every home owner will have to install an offering basket near their mailbox. To be kept filled with money, non perishable food items, and bottled water.  Fines for noncompliance will be added to the property tax bill.  Anyone can lodge an anonymous complaint against homeowner if the basket isn't fully stocked and maintained 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
