Proposes gas tax for California. The State of California has been spending all it's money in an attempt to civilize people.

Every time Jerry Brown says taxes he starts to salivate, must be why I can't find a video. However it doesn't explain why no media source quoted his resent announcement. Oh that's right, the media thinks we're too stupid to require of them mature honest journalism.
